DefaultDistributionDesigner.OnInputValueChanged Method

Occurs when the value of a designer input property changes and has been validated.

  The object that initiates the event.

• eventArgs
  Type: Microsoft.Data.Schema.Tools.DataGenerator.InputChangedEventArgs
  An InputChangingEventArgs object.

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.

The OnInputValueChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnInputValueChanged in a derived class, make sure that you call the OnInputValueChanged method of the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
