Parameters
- message
Type: System.String
A message that states the error.
- innerException
Type: System.Exception
The exception that is the cause of the current exception.
Remarks
By default, this constructor sets the severity level to Error. The base DataException class does not implement this constructor.
An exception that is thrown as a direct result of a previous exception includes a reference to the previous exception in the InnerException property.
