How to: Sort, Search, Print, and Export Reports

You can sort, search, print, and export the reports that the Best Practices Analyzer tool for Team Foundation Server generates after it scans the computers that you specify. A report is a particular view of the data that the tool generates from the scan.

Note

Before you can access a report, you must run a scan or open a scan that you ran previously. Also, the View a report link becomes active only after you complete a scan or click a report from the Select a Best Practices Scan to View page. To run a scan, see How to: Run a Scan.

For information about how to view a report, see How to: List Scans and View Reports. For information about what information each type of report contains, see Reports and Messages that the Best Practices Analyzer Tool Generates.
