Parameters
VSCOOKIE
Type: System.UInt32[in] Unique identifier of the file with which the event sink should be disassociated. This is the same value that was provided in the AdviseDirChange Method.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
