Notifies clients when an item is deleted from the hierarchy.

Parameters
itemid
Type: System.UInt32[in] Identifier of the deleted item. This is the same identifier assigned to the new item by the hierarchy when it is added to the hierarchy.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
