Creates a menu command for a Server Explorer menu item.

Parameters

• itemId
  Type: System.Int32

  The identifier of the item in the data view hierarchy on which this command should be invoked.

• commandId
  Type: System.ComponentModel.Design.CommandID

  A CommandID object instance uniquely identifying the command associated with the specified item in the data view hierarchy.

Return Value

Type: System.ComponentModel.Design.MenuCommand
A MenuCommand object representing a menu command item.
