DataObjectSelector.GetSupportedRestrictions Method (String, array<Object )

Retrieves all the restrictions that are supported when data objects are selected for the specified type.

Parameters

  • typeName
    Type: System.String

    The data source–specific type name for which to get the supported restrictions.

  • parameters
    Type: array<System.Object[]

    An array containing the parameters for the specified type.

Return Value

Type: System.Collections.Generic.IList<String>
A list of the restrictions that are supported when retrieving data objects for the specified type.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The typeName parameter is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ArgumentException

One or more values in parameters are not valid.
