Parameters
value
Type: System.Int32The value to which the Size property will be set.
Exceptions

| InvalidOperationException | The parameter direction is In or the parameter size is fixed. |
| ArgumentOutOfRangeException | The parameter size is less than zero. |
Remarks
The base implementation of this method ensures that the parameter direction is not In (in which case the size can be inferred from the actual value) and that the size is not fixed. It also ensures that the value is greater than or equal to zero.
