IVsStrongNameKeys2.CreateNewKey2 Method
Creates a new key to be used for signing, exporting to a file, and creating a new key container.

Parameters
szFileLocation
Type: System.String[in] The location to save the key file.
pbstrFileName
Type: System.String%[in] The name of the file in which to store the key.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
This method provides additional UIs to allow the user to pick from a list of signature algorithms to use. Currently only SHA-1 and SHA-256 are supported in the combo box.
