Shuts down all active services for the current service host.

Parameters

• systemRequestContext
  Type: Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Framework.Server.TeamFoundationRequestContext

• stopCoreServices
  Type: System.Boolean

  If false, the core services are not stopped.
