IntelliTraceTokenEvent Class
Describes the IntelliTraceTokenEvent.
The IntelliTraceTokenEvent occurs for each instrumented method and maps the IntelliTrace method token to a module id, metadata token pair.
The IntelliTraceTokenEvent is one of the events in the IntelliTraceTokenStreamChain.
