PreEmptive Analytics can be installed in either Basic or Advanced mode. When launching PreEmptive Analytics Setup from the Team Foundation Server Configuration Center or Team Foundation Server Administration Console, Basic mode will be chosen automatically. To launch Advanced mode, you must run the setup utility (PreEmptive.Analytics.Setup.exe) directly from the Team Foundation Server installation media. Regardless of installation mode, if you wish to be able to view Incident work items via Team Foundation Server Web Access you will need to upload and activate the PreEmptive Analytics Visualizer web extension once setup is complete.
Prerequisites
- Windows Vista, 7, Server 2008, or Server 2008 R2.
- SQL Server 2008 (or R2) Express or higher.
- IIS 7.0 or higher.
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server installed and configured.
