LinkShape.NavigateAscend Method
Called in response to user’s keystroke navigation to set the focus to the nearest focusable ancestor.

true if the focus was moved; otherwise, false.
Remarks
Override this method to vary the selection behavior. After determining the next item to select, you can call NavigateTo.
