[in] A value from the VSTREETOOLTIPTYPE enumeration specifying the kind of ToolTip text to return.

pbstrText
Type: String%

[out] Returns a string containing the ToolTip text.

f the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
