Property Value
Type: Boolean
This property returns true if the debugger is active; otherwise, returns false.
Remarks
A debugger is active if the debug mode does not equal DBGMODE_Design (from the DBGMODE enumeration); this is set when Visual Studio calls the OnModeChange method.
This method is typically called from the ViewFilter class to determine if certain actions can or should be taken.
