Toolset Constructor (String, String, BuildPropertyGroup)
Creates a Toolset object.

Parameters
toolsVersion
Type: System.StringA string representing the version of the Toolset currently in use.
toolsPath
Type: System.StringA string representing the path to the Toolset currently in use.
buildProperties
Type: Microsoft.Build.BuildEngine.BuildPropertyGroupA string representing the Toolset-specific custom properties.
Remarks
An ArgumentNullException error is thrown if any of the parameter values are nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). An ArgumentException error is thrown for invalid argument values such as empty strings.
