ApplicationManifest.Publisher Property
Gets or sets a value that specifies the PublisherName property in the project file.

A string value that corresponds to the PublisherName property in the project file.
Remarks
This property corresponds to the PublisherName property in the project file. The default is null. If PublisherName is null and UseApplicationTrust is True, the assembly name is written to the application manifest.
