Project.IsDirty Property

Gets a property that indicates whether this project has been modified so that it must be reevaluated.

MSBuild is now included in Visual Studio instead of the .NET Framework. You can use MSBuild 12.0 side-by-side with versions previously deployed with the .NET Framework.For more information, see What's New in MSBuild 12.0.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
Returns a property that indicates whether this project has been modified so that it must be reevaluated.

Remarks

A project is modified and must be reevaluated when the underlying project source code, including changes to imported files. A project is also modified must be reevaluated if the project tool set changes.
