TeamFoundationJobService.QueueDelayedJobs Method (TeamFoundationRequestContext, IEnumerable<TeamFoundationJobReference>, Int32, JobPriorityLevel)

Attempts to schedule the specified jobs to run in the specified time, if the job is not already scheduled to run sooner.
