Notifies a client when the scrolling information is changed.

  • iBar
    Type: System.Int32

    [in] Integer value referring to the bar.

  • iMinUnit
    Type: System.Int32

    [in] Integer value for the minimum units.

  • iMaxUnits
    Type: System.Int32

    [in] Integer value for the maximum units.

  • iVisibleUnits
    Type: System.Int32

    [in] Integer value for the visible units.

  • iFirstVisibleUnit
    Type: System.Int32

    [in] Integer value for the first visible unit.
