bgColor Property

Specifies the color for the page background.

Settings

Specify a color by name (for example, "red") or hex value (for example, "ff0000"). Click the button to the right of the property value to display the Color Picker dialog box.

Tip    When setting a background color, do not choose a color that will make text or the background image difficult to see.

Remarks

The value of this property is stored as the bgColor attribute of the <BODY> tag.
