Utils.format
Formats a string by replacing all occurrences of %n with the specified strings.
Syntax

Parameters
format
The string to format.
arg1
The first replacement string for %0.
arg2
The second replacement string for %1.
arg3
The third replacement string for %2.
arg4
The fourth replacement string for %3.
args
The array of replacement strings. Replaces all occurrences of %0 through %9 with items from the array.
Return Value
Returns the formatted string.
Remarks
The percent (%) character is replaced with the current locale's list separator.
