Reads the ClaimsIdentites from a XmlDictionaryReader and adds them to a ClaimIdentityColleciton.

XmlDictionaryReader positioned at dictionary.Identities

SessionDictionary to provide dictionary strings.

identities
A collection of IClaimsIdentity to populate.

Exceptions

Remarks

Reads 'n' identies and adds them to identies.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
