[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Creates an instance of SecurityTokenService from the type specified in SecurityTokenServiceConfiguration.SecurityTokenService. The method expects the type to implement a constructor that takes in the SecurityTokenServiceConfiguration.
