ConfigureServiceHostServiceBehavior.Validate Method

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Provides the ability to inspect the service host and the service description to confirm that the service can run successfully. Invokes the ConfigureServiceHost(ServiceHostBase) method to configure the service host.
