Checks if one of the wrapped SecurityTokenHandlers or the base WSSecurityTokenSerializer can read the security key identifier.

Reader pointing at a Security Key Identifier {ds:Keyinfo}.

'True' if the serializer can read the given Security Key Identifier.

Exceptions
