ClaimsPrincipal Constructor (IPrincipal)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Creates a new instance of ClaimsPrincipal from the specified IPrincipal object.
