DisplayClaim Constructor (String, String, String, String)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Instantiates a DisplayClaim object. Use this constructor if the actual value of the claim is known.
