TokenService Constructor (EndpointAddress)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Use this constructor to initialize a TokenService instance with token issuer's hosting information in EndpointAddress.
