Initializes a new instance of the Saml2Id class with the specified value.

Parameters

value
The ID value.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentException	value is not a valid NCName.
ArgumentNUllException	value is null or an empty string.

Remarks

The identifier should be unique per [Saml2Core, 1.3.4] and must fit the NCName xml schema definition, that is, it must begin with a letter or underscore.
