SecurityTokenElement Constructor (SecurityToken)

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Creates an instance of this object using a SecurityToken object.

Parameters

  • securityToken
    The security token this object represents.

Remarks

GetSubject is not supported by this object if this constructor is used unless CreateSubject is overriden.

If the securityToken passed in is a GenericXmlSecurityToken then SecurityTokenXml will be set to the value found in GenericXmlSecurityToken
