This parameter is ignored.

The value of the current instance, converted to an Int16.

Remarks
This member is an explicit interface member implementation. It can be used only when the Byte instance is cast to an IConvertible interface. The recommended alternative is to call the Convert..::.ToInt16(Byte) method.
