The first variant.

[in] dblRight

The second variant.

This function can return one of these values.

VARCMP_LT
0
 cyLeft is less than dblRight.

 The two parameters are equal.
VARCMP_GT

 cyLeft is greater than dblRight.
VARCMP_NULL

 Either expression is null.
