IStringCollection interface
Defines a collection of string values.
To get this interface, call one of the following properties or method:

- IScheduler::GetJobTemplateList

- ISchedulerJob::NodeGroups
- ISchedulerJob::RequestedNodes

To create an empty collection, call the IScheduler::CreateStringCollection method.
