SpClearEvent

SpClearEvent clears an event structure. May be used by clients not using CSpEvent class.

    [in] The event to clear. Events of types SPET_LPARAM_IS_POINTER, SPET_LPARAM_IS_STRING, SPET_LPARAM_IS_TOKEN, or SPET_LPARAM_IS_OBJECT have the associated data in pe->lParam deallocated first.
