IFPCClientSettingsSection::RemoveValue method

The RemoveValue method removes the specified entry from the Firewall client settings section.

Syntax

HRESULT RemoveValue(
  [in]  BSTR Name
);

FPCClientSettingsSection.RemoveValue( _
  ByVal Name As String _
)

Parameters

  • Name [in]

    C++ Required. BSTR that specifies the key of the entry to be removed.
    VB Required. String that specifies the key of the entry to be removed.

Return value

C++

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

VB

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
