FpcMicrosoftUpdateSource enumeration

The FpcMicrosoftUpdateSource enumerated type contains values that indicate how the system will connect to the Microsoft Update Center.

Syntax

  fpcMicrosoftUpdateSourceDirect            = 1,
  fpcMicrosoftUpdateSourceFallbackToDirect  = 2
} FpcMicrosoftUpdateSource;

Constants

  • fpcMicrosoftUpdateSourceDefault
    Connects by using the same method used by the operating system; either a direct connection to the Microsoft Update Center or through Microsoft Windows Server Update Services.

  • fpcMicrosoftUpdateSourceDirect
    Connects directly to Microsoft Update Center.

  • fpcMicrosoftUpdateSourceFallbackToDirect
    Connects through Microsoft Windows Server Update Services. If the update is not successful, connects directly to Microsoft Update Center.
