IFPCReadOnlyIpRangeSet::Item method

The Item method retrieves the requested FPCReadOnlyIpRangeEntry object (IFPCReadOnlyIpRangeEntry interface in C++) from the collection.

Syntax

Parameters

• IndexOrIP_From [in]
  Required. One-based index or the lower bound of IP range entry to retrieve.

• IP_To [in, optional]

  C++	BSTR that specifies the upper bound of the IP range entry to retrieve. This parameter must be specified if the IndexOrIP_From parameter is set to the lower bound of the IP range entry. The default value is NULL.
  VB	String that specifies the upper bound of the IP range entry to retrieve. This parameter must be specified if the IndexOrIP_From parameter is set to the lower bound of the IP range entry. The default value is NULL.

• pItem [out]
  Address of an interface pointer that on return points to the IFPCReadOnlyIpRangeEntry interface requested.

Return value

C++

This method can return one of the following:

• S_OK, indicating that the operation succeeded.
• An error code, indicating that the operation failed. In this case, the [out] parameter returned is a null object.

VB

This method returns a reference to the FPCReadOnlyIpRangeEntry object requested if successful. Otherwise, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
