IFPCRequestRateAverageBytesPerSec::RequestProcessingTimeHighBoundary property

The RequestProcessingTimeHighBoundary gets or sets the upper boundary of the range of processing times, in milliseconds, above which requests will be ignored.

This property is read/write.
