RunEndTime Method
Returns the date and time, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC, also known as Greenwich Mean Time), when the management agent ended a run. To determine the local time of when the management agent ended the run, convert the return value to local time. To use this method, you must be logged on as a member of the MIISBrowse, MIISOperators, or MIISAdmins security group.

Return Value
string
Returns a string that contains either the date and time (in UTC) of when the management agent ended a run or one of the values that are listed in WMI Provider Return Strings.
If the management agent has never been run, or the previous runs have been cleared, the return value is an empty string.
If the management agent is running, the return value is a string that has the value of “in-progress”.
Remarks
The format of the return value is yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss.fff.
