Retrieves an existing scope object by alias or alternative friendly name for the scope.

The alias of an existing scope.

The returned CatAdm scope object.
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
The scope name must refer to a valid scope. If the name is not valid, an error object is created with the Number property set to ERROR_NOT_FOUND. The alias of a scope is defined by the Alias property of the scope's ScopeAdm object.
