IRTCClient::put_MaxBitrate
The put_MaxBitrate property sets the maximum bitrate (bps) used for all the media streaming. This method sets the bitrate retrieved in IRTCClient::get_MaxBitrate.

Parameters
- lMaxBitrate
[in] Maximum bitrate (0-1,000,000). If the value of this parameter is greater than the value of the port range policy registry key (HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\RTC\MaxAudioVideoBitrate), this method returns S_FALSE.
Return Values
RTC methods may return an RTC_E_ constant.
