IRTCReInviteEvent::Accept

The Accept method allows the client application to specify the content type and body for the response to the re-Invite.

HRESULT Accept(BSTRbstrContentType,
BSTRbstrSessionDescription);

Parameters

  • bstrContentType
    [in] BSTR containing the content type for the response to the re-Invite.
  • bstrSessionDescription
    [in] BSTR containing the session description for the response to the re-Invite.

Return Values

RTC methods may return an RTC_E_ constant.

Value Meaning
RTC_E_INVALID_OBJECT_STATE The session re-Invite is not in the incoming state.
E_OUTOFMEMORY Insufficient memory to perform this operation.
RTC_E_PLATFORM_NOT_SUPPORTED The platform must be Windows 2000 or above.
RTC_E_POINTER One of the parameters is not a valid pointer.
RTC_E_INVALID_SESSION_STATE The session is not in a valid state to perform this operation.

Remarks

Note  The content type is application specific. Applications should ensure that the called party is able to decipher the content type of the session description.
