Writes the text representation of a 4-byte unsigned integer to the text string or stream.

Remarks
The text representation of the specified value is produced by calling the UInt32..::..ToString method. The TextWriter.FormatProvider property, if not null Nothing nullptr unit a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) , specifies the culture-specific formatting.
