MASKPORT16 (Windows CE 5.0)
This macro is a helper function that uses a bit mask to write a 16-bit word to a specified address.

Specifies the port address to which the 16-bit word will be written. On x86-based hardware platforms, the I/O address space is used. - y
Bits to be cleared from the port address. - z
Specifies the new bits to be set.
