CreateVideoPort (Windows CE 5.0)
This callback function notifies the hardware abstraction layer (HAL) after a video port is created. This callback function is optional.

Parameters
- pcvpd
[in, out] Pointer to a DDHAL_CREATEVPORTDATA structure that contains the information required for the driver to create a video port.
