A D3DMFORMAT value that identifies the numerical format of the data in the resource. - TypeFlags
A ULONG value that identifies the type of resource the format applies to. This value should be set to one of the D3DMRTYPEFLAG Values. - Usage
A ULONG value that identifies the format's usage. This value should be set to one of the D3DMUSAGE Values.
