GetInterfaceInfo (Windows CE 5.0)

This function obtains a list of the network interface adapters on the local system.

DWORDGetInterfaceInfo(PIP_INTERFACE_INFOpIfTable, PULONGdwOutBufLen);

Parameters

  • pIfTable
    [in, out] Pointer to an IP_INTERFACE_INFO structure containing the list of adapters. This buffer should be allocated by the caller.
  • dwOutBufLen
    [out] Pointer to the size, in bytes, of the buffer indicated by pIfTable. If the buffer is NULL, or is not large enough to contain the list of adapters, the function sets this parameter to the required size.

Return Values

Returns NO_ERROR if successful. If the function fails, it returns an error code. For example, GetInterfaceInfo returns ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY if no memory is available. For a complete list of error codes, see Error Values or the SDK header file Winerror.h.
