If true, the device supports inter-character wait.

Remarks

LineDisplayBase class verifies that the device has been opened, then retrieves the value of LineDisplayProperties.CapICharWait.

CapICharWait is initialized to true by the LineDisplayProperties class.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
