Indicates the glyph width based on the number of pixels for a character cell.

Remarks
LineDisplayBase class verifies that the device has been opened, then retrieves the value of LineDisplayProperties.GlyphWidth, which is the ScreenModeList.GlyphWidth value for the current Screen Mode.
GlyphWidth is initialized to 0 (zero) by the LineDisplayProperties class.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
